We are in the office answering emails from 9am to 5pm (PST) Monday to Friday and we'll do our best to respond to your email in a timely fashion. If you're emailing to ask about an exchange or refund, please read through our policy.

EASY EXCHANGES

If you ordered an item that is the wrong size or prefer to exchange it for another item, please email hotdogs@portlandpicklesbaseball.com with the subject line "Exchange." Please include a copy of your original receipt.

Note: Items that have been discontinued or sold out since your order will need to be exchanged for a current product. Please note that product must be in re-sellable condition*. Additional shipping costs may apply. Sale items will be exchanged for the same item (if available) or the value when purchased credited toward other merchandise.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

If within 30 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your product you may return for a full refund or exchange for equal value. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from our receiving of the product. Product must be in re-sellable condition* and must be accompanied by original receipt. Email hotdogs@portlandpicklesbaseball.com with the subject line "Return" please include the reason for your return and your original reciept.

*Re-sellable condition means what it sounds like. We need to be able to resell the item. No stains, no additional holes where there were no holes before, you know the drill.

Who are the Portland Pickles?

Established in 2016, the Portland Pickles are a collegiate wood bat baseball team playing in the West Coast League. Walker Stadium in Lents Park is the home field where the Pickles play ball from June to August, located in south east Portland Oregon.

Who is Dillon T. Pickle?

Dillon is our mascot, the greatest mascot in all the lands. He loves to get out in the community and see his people and spreads joy wherever he goes.
