We are in the office answering emails from 9am to 5pm (PST) Monday to Friday and we'll do our best to respond to your email in a timely fashion. If you're emailing to ask about an exchange or refund, please read through our policy.

If you ordered an item that is the wrong size or prefer to exchange it for another item, please email with the subject line "Exchange."

  • Please include a copy of your original receipt.
  • Sale items are not exchangeable.
  • Exchange must occur within 30 days of purchase.

Note: Items that have been discontinued or sold out since your order will need to be exchanged for a current product. Please note that product must be in re-sellable condition*. Additional shipping costs apply. 


If within 30 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your product you may return for a full refund or exchange for equal value. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Sale items are nonrefundable. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from our receiving of the product. Product must be in re-sellable condition* and must be accompanied by original receipt. Email with the subject line "Return" please include the reason for your return and your original reciept.

*Re-sellable condition means what it sounds like.  We need to be able to resell the item.  No stains, no additional holes where there were no holes before, you know the drill.
