Ali Hart

About the artist

Alicia Hart (Ali) (she/they) is a Portland-based designer and illustrator who loves collaborating with fun people and creating bold, colorful work. Her art is playful, character-driven, and rooted in a deep appreciation for everyday joy and community.

Ali’s illustrations often feature expressive characters and cheerful personalities, something she attributes to fueling her inner child and her love for whimsical storytelling. Working primarily with pens and markers, she enjoys the immediacy and personality that hand-drawn linework brings to her designs.

Poster

Ali’s 2026 Pickles poster transforms the ballpark into a playful, self-contained world, where everything floats together in one perfectly weird, briny universe.

Inside a bright pickle jar, a smiling Dillon drifts alongside an animated glove clutching a baseball, both suspended like ingredients in brine. The scene is simple but full of personality, turning classic baseball iconography into something soft, silly, and unexpected.

Leaning into her love of both pickles and ballpark food culture, Ali reimagines the game through a character-driven lens, using clean shapes, bold color, and her signature cute, expressive style. The gingham backdrop adds a subtle nod to picnic tables and summer meals, grounding the surreal concept in something familiar and nostalgic.

It’s weird, it’s warm, and it’s unmistakably summer at the ballpark.

Shirt

Ali’s Pickles collection was inspired by two things she loves deeply: pickles and baseball game hot dogs.

For Ali, the connection between the two was immediate. Ballpark food is an essential part of the baseball experience, and the Pickles’ playful identity made it the perfect subject for a character-driven illustration.

She approached the design with her signature style, giving the characters cute little faces and personalities that bring the food-themed concept to life. The result is a cheerful scene that feels silly, nostalgic, and full of summer energy.

Ali described the collection as a “Clown Pickle Party,” embracing the absurd, joyful spirit that makes Pickles baseball so memorable.
